You support our team as

Export Clerk (f/m/d) – Order Processing & Customs Management

Responsibilities

• Offer Management: You independently prepare quotations and coordinate them in close collaboration with our internal departments.
• Order Processing: You enter customer orders, monitor delivery timelines, and prepare all required export, shipping, and customs documents.
• Transport Coordination: Whether by air, road, or sea - you organize national and international shipments and ensure their timely arrival.
• Dangerous Goods Handling: You process dangerous goods orders in accordance with applicable regulations, ensuring the highest level of safety.
• Invoicing & Cost Calculation: You create invoices and carry out accurate post-calculations.
• Accounts Receivable Support: You help resolve outstanding invoices and support dunning processes reliably and service‐oriented.

Qualifications

• Commercial Qualification: Completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, or wholesale and foreign trade.
• Expertise: Initial experience in export operations, ideally complemented by training in customs, foreign trade, or export control.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or ATLAS is a plus.
• Customer Focus: You act solution‐oriented, communicate clearly, and always keep customer needs in mind.
• Team Strength: You work accurately, proactively, and reliably - even in periods of increased workload.
• Languages: Business‐fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
