We are a German company and we are looking for a Sales Manager to elaborate, maintain and develop the sales strategy in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland in the Dairy Farming Business.

Your responsabilities

  • You develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, and other assigned countries
  • You drive annual sales growth in line with the defined sales plan and expand market share
  • You identify and capture new business opportunities across your territories
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and farmers
  • You provide technical support and ensure effective product usage for customers and partners
  • You organize and deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales presentations
  • You represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
  • You travel frequently (up to 50%) and report on sales activities and market developments

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in Agronomic Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a comparable field with a focus on ruminant nutrition
  • You bring at least 6 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, farm management, or a similar role (preferably with dairy cows and calves)
  • You have an established network within the agricultural sector
  • You demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • You work independently while also contributing effectively within a team
  • You are willing to travel extensively (50%)
  • You are fluent in English (C1 level), knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian language are a plus
