We are looking for a Head of Project Management to join us and lead the development and global harmonization of project management practices across our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how projects are delivered to our customers, helping teams worldwide work in a more structured, transparent and effective way. Group Services supports the entire Endress+Hauser Group with cross-functional expertise and shared services that strengthen collaboration and operational excellence across our global network.

If these questions resonate with you, this role offers the opportunity to combine leadership with strategic impact within the Project Management & Engineering department of Group Services in Reinach, Switzerland.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Lead and develop the Project Management team, including employee development, performance discussions and target setting
• Manage and further develop the department by shaping structures, processes, tools and organizational frameworks to continuously improve efficiency and collaboration
• Drive the global implementation and roll-out of harmonized project management methodologies within the Project Function
• Establish and standardize project management processes, tools, IT landscape and documentation across the organization
• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and provide guidance, consulting and training to internal teams and partners
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across functions to support successful project delivery worldwide

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Hold a Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Bring 6–8 years of experience in project management, ideally within an international environment
• Have strong practical knowledge of established project management methodologies and understand how to apply them effectively in complex organizations
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English at business level in a diverse environment; additional languages are an advantage
• Demonstrate strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse perspectives and drive decisions
• Certifications including PMP (PMI), PMI-ACP, Scrum Master or Product Owner are nice to have
