Join our dedicated team as a Workforce Management Specialist and take on a key role in supporting international workforce planning and establishing best practices in a global context.
Configure, implement, and support a sustainable, future-proof central Workforce Management solution across Europe, ensuring a standardized and modern system is used consistently in all countries, fully aligned with our corporate strategy.
Your responsibilities
- Developing system configurations that ensure scalable and consistent implementation of human resource management solutions in all responsible countries and companies.
- Map out key WFM stakeholders and understand their needs and concerns.
- Evaluate the configuration and how the proposed changes will affect processes, and systems.
- Parametrization, testing, piloting, implementing, supporting and maintaining the system.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate the successful implementation of the system and changes.
- Develop and ensure resources like guides, user manuals, trainings and FAQs are available to prepare employees for the changes.
- Gather and analyze system data to identify and optimize areas for improvement, ensuring system consistency, completeness, and feasibility.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
- Provide instructions and empower the stakeholders and users to ensure that the new ways of working become ingrained in the organization’s culture and strategy.
What you bring
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and active listening skills.
- Confident in influencing and building relationships and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities as well as a strongly structured and process-oriented way of working
- Extensive analytical skills and extensive logical and technical understanding
- Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of workforce management systems and processes
- Good knowledge of Data Security
- Basic knowledge of HR and Payroll Systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or extensive professional experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in similar roles, preferably within a multinational corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
