What you'll do

• In this role you are responsible for managing the EMEA exterior plasters portfolio (Lime Cement Palsters, ETICS, Adhesives) within the Knauf EMEA Gypsum Division
• You will act as an interface between the various regional and local product managers and other global and regional teams such R&D, Technology, Center of Excellence, Procurement or Knauf Digital
• Driving the EMEA product strategy for the exterior plasters business by identifying customer needs in local markets and consolidating them into the basis for a regional product roadmap
• Summarize the identified product requirements in EMEA projects and transfer them to the global and regional R&D innovation pipeline is part of your job
• Tracking EMEA business performance across the product group, ensuring continuous market and competitor monitoring by country organizations, and managing the full process from ideation to go-to-market

Who you are

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing provides the foundation for this role, while a degree in Civil or Building Engineering would be an advantage
• Proven extensive experience in product management (preferably in regional or global roles) and extensive technical expertise in exterior plasters business, rendering and ETICS are mandatory for this position
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to identify market trends and portfolio gaps to develop effective product strategies are essential requirements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact actively and transparently with different hierarchical levels and stakeholders, including ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary Teams
• Fluency in English and a basic willingness to travel abroad on business is a must, other languages are an advantage
