Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager within our business unit Construction Software, you will define and drive the future of ON!Track, Hilti's leading asset management software solution used by customers across 40 global markets. You will set the product vision, shape the strategic roadmap and align stakeholders across business, technology and customer-facing functions to deliver sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely across the organization and work with product, marketing, sales and customers across international locations to better identify evolving market trends and customer needs, to then translate these insights into a compelling product strategy and high-impact product innovations.
This is a full-time position, based in our HQ in Schaan, Liechtenstein and is available as soon as possible. The required travel is at least 20%+ across international locations.

What You'll do

You will be responsible for the strategic product direction and growth of ON!Track, relied upon daily by tens of thousands of users globally. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams across product development, UX, marketing, sales and business development, you will identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative software solutions. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap execution to customer adoption and commercial success. As the voice of the customer, you will leverage user insights, data and market trends to continuously enhance the product experience and strengthen ON!Track's market position.
By defining and monitoring key business and product performance indicators, you will measure success, drive strategic decisions, and contribute directly to sustainable revenue growth. Your leadership will play a critical role in shaping the future of ON!Track and accelerating its global expansion.

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, ideally within business administration/management, software engineering and/or construction management fields
• Several years of demonstrated proficiency in software product management, primarily in defining the product’s vision and strategy as well as leading product innovation
• Entrepreneurial approach, strong commercial mindset, striving for business value creation and impact with a strong customer focus in mind
• Solid experience with go-to-market launches and scaling software products internationally
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build long-lasting stakeholder and customer relationships
• Fluency in spoken and written English
