Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor production performances, capacity utilization and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate material availability with Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
  • Analyze production data, KPIs and bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure optimal ulilization of personnel, machines and production resources.
  • Support cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering and Sales.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Monitore adherence to production targets, quality standards and delivery commitments.
  • Support S&OP and capacity planning processes.
  • Identify risks impacting production schedules and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operatopns Management or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Branch Experience in Automotive.
  • Knowledge of production planning methods, capacity planning, MRP and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufactoring environment.
  • Good understanding of Lean Manufactoring and Continous Improvement methodologies.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
