On-Site

As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you ensure safe, seamless, and highly professional mobility for members of company management, the Shareholders’ Committee, and VIP guests. You play a key role in coordinating complex travel and logistics while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, security, and operational excellence.
You support our team as:

Junior Executive Driver (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Travel Coordination – Plan and execute business trips, considering both personal protection and driving safety
  • Vehicle Readiness – Ensure vehicles are always operational, reliable, and ready for use
  • Fleet Management – Oversee procurement, maintenance, and repair of fleet vehicles
  • Route & Event Planning – Conduct route reconnaissance and pre-checks of venues and schedules for senior management and Executive Board members in coordination with the team coordinator
  • Training & Development – Contribute to the design and implementation of training programs (e.g., driver safety, personal security, first aid)

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the security sector (e.g., Security and Safety Specialist or equivalent)
  • Clean police clearance record
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B/BE)
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a clear service-oriented mindset
  • High level of loyalty, discretion, and responsibility
  • Good physical fitness and strong mental resilience
  • A strong security and protection mindset
  • Motivation for continuous learning and development
