Laboratory Employee / Developer with focus on emulsions (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for R&D projects in the field of cold forming, with a focus on liquid lubricants/emulsions – from concept to series production
- Planning and execution of small-scale laboratory experiments, including precise documentation of results
- Scaling: Support in transferring laboratory results to pilot plant and production scale
- Technical documentation: Preparation of technical documentation (technical data sheets, product specifications, certificates, etc.)
- Optimization: Continuous evaluation and improvement of materials and process parameters
Qualifications
- University degree in chemistry, ideally with a focus on organic or inorganic chemistry, or a comparable qualification
- 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of lubricants or emulsions in industrial R&D is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm for hands-on laboratory work, high level of accuracy, and strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with colleagues and interfaces
- Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
