Regional Technical Sales & Project Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Application engineering support and consulting
  • Individual customer consulting and telephone sales, taking Value Selling tools into account
  • Customer-specific and technical correspondence with targeted implementation of Value Selling approaches
  • Customer campaigns to support sales activities
  • Systematic development of new business relationships through regional new customer acquisition in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Active participation in project teams as well as management of own projects aimed at increasing sales process efficiency and contributing to profitable growth
  • Support in new product development, product optimization, and private label projects
  • Customer visits as required
  • Handling of complaints related to product properties and applications
  • Regular participation in team meetings within the sales region

Qualifications

  • Professional customer- and sales-oriented mindset, openness, strong interpersonal skills, willingness to travel, and motivation to sell high-quality products
  • Completed technical education (preferably technical college or technical degree); alternatively, commercial vocational training with a strong affinity for technology
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable sales-related role
  • High level of self-motivation and perseverance
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, persistent, cooperative, and persuasive personality
  • Confident handling of modern IT applications
  • Good command of English
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Project management skills
