Great leadership makes a difference - especially in times of transformation. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help us identify, attract and select the leaders who will shape the future of C&A across Europe.
This is more than a recruitment role. You will combine hands-on executive search with strategic Talent Acquisition advisory, working closely with senior leaders and HR partners across our European organization. You will bring market insight, challenge thinking and help us make strong, informed hiring decisions for some of our most business-critical positions.

Your responsibilities

• Own leadership searches end to end for senior leadership and selected business-critical specialist positions across Europe — from briefing and search strategy through assessment, offer negotiation and candidate closing.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, leadership requirements and future talent needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor on role profiles, candidate markets, sourcing strategies, assessment and selection decisions — confidently challenging where it adds value.
• Build the market, not just the shortlist: use direct search, talent mapping and market research to identify and engage high-calibre leadership talent across Europe.
• Deliver outstanding assessment and candidate experiences, applying professional executive-search and leadership-assessment methodologies.
• Provide talent and market intelligence on candidate availability, competitor activity, compensation trends and relevant developments in leadership markets.
• Help shape the future of Leadership Talent Acquisition at C&A, improving our standards, processes, tools, technology and external search partnerships across Europe.

What you bring

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment and/or executive search.
• Significant professional experience within an executive-search firm, recruitment consultancy or personnel consultancy.
• A strong track record of successfully recruiting leadership and senior-level positions.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executives and decision-makers up to CXO level.
• Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, candidate assessment and executive-search methodologies.
• A commercial, analytical and consultative mindset, with the ability to turn business requirements and market insights into effective hiring strategies.
• Fluent English and the confidence to work across countries, functions and cultures.
