Your tasks
- Accurately, complete and timely process customer standard orders into the company's IT systems.
- Ensure all order details, pricing, customer information and other pieces of information are entered correctly and according to provided instructions.
- Effective collaborate and communicate with external customers and internal teams (e.g. sales excellence, local / inside sales, customer support and other) to clarify basic order-related queries and more complex ones with support from higher grade associates.
- Address and resolve basic order-related issues independently, promptly and efficiently/ More complex issues can be solved with support from higher grade associates.
- Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and/or process activities).
- Effective and compliant utilization of available IT tools and technology in order to improve the process efficiency.
- Participation in the projects related to knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology.
- Initiation and support to process improvement initiatives to streamline order to cash procedures and increase efficiency.
Your profile
- Higher education preferred in the field of study: Business Administration, Sales or related faculties.
- Min. 1 year of work experience in the field of sales support (order management), customer service & administration.
- Good English skills (verbal and written – min B2 or higher).
- Other European language skills as optional.
- Skilled in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point).
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD system preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Analytical skills.
- Willingness to develop/improve.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player able to work in a cross cultural environment.
- Attention to details & focus on Customer satisfaction.
- Proactiveness and taking ownership for the tasks in the position.
