Your responsibilities

• Lead the country construction & FM operations and related team of functional experts
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of store construction and refurbishment projects to align with business timelines and brand standards
• Manage FM programs and reactive/preventive maintenance to optimize store performance
• Own contractor governance and commercial negotiations on a country level to drive quality and cost efficiency
• Oversee regional CAPEX/OPEX management to ensure financial accuracy
• Partner with key stakeholders like Real Estate, commercial planning, and VE on feasibility assessments and refurbishment planning
• Ensure health, safety, and building compliance across all assets
• Propose process optimization and standardization across Germany

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in construction/FM roles
• Proven leadership of regional portfolios
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments
• Strong project management and FM expertise – retail experience beneficial
• Ability to lead multiple large projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Strong commercial and financial capabilities
• Fluent communication skills in German and English are a must
• Willingness to visit stores across Germany according to business needs
