The mission of the Fit 4 Future programme is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. The Fit 4 Future Change Manager supports the implementation of change strategy and delivery of change activities to successfully guide the organization through the Fit 4 Future transformation. The Change Manager works collaboratively and cross-functionally to minimize resistance and maximize engagement across all levels of the organization. This role operates under the guidance of the Change Management Lead, focusing on execution and support. This is a two-year fixed term position.
