Job Description

Responsibilities

• Advise on maintenance strategies and activities and support the network to perform efficiently, safely, and according to company standards
• Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance processes, safety protocols, and compliancy
• Support, train and guide maintenance staff
• Development and analysis of KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of processes
• Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions
• Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in Maintenance Excellence Management, or a related field
• Target driven – Works to timelines
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Language skills (especially German, English)
• Ability to work with different teams worldwide
• Maintenance knowledge and experience

Possible start date: immediately

We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3.800,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
