To strengthen our Corporate HR Talent Team, we are looking for a motivated and curious Intern (m/f/d) for Group Top Management Talent and Performance for a period of 6 months, ideally starting on 15th of September 2026 who wishes to gain hands-on experience in an international environment.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Drive the continuous evolution and digitalisation of the Group Executive Performance Management framework and processes, ensuring a seamless and impactful leadership experience across the organisation.
- Support in facilitating the Group Executive Performance process, driving performance calibration, leadership dialogue and talent-informed decision-making at Group Top Management level.
- Shape and advance the HRIS roadmap for the Group Executive population, aligning system capabilities with strategic talent and performance management priorities.
- Design and develop executive-focused frameworks, methodologies and thought leadership content to strengthen Performance Management practices and further professionalise Talent projects for senior stakeholders.
- Actively contribute as a member of the Group Talent Team, shaping talent strategies across the talent lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and leadership objectives.
Ihr Profil
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Psychology, Business Psychology, People Analytics, HR Management or related field
- Strong interest in performance and talent topics, leadership development, and assessments
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confident working with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus)
- Must already be in possession of any relevant visa or legal permits to work at Mannheim HQ in Germany
