PHOENIX International Holdings GmbH is looking for a Digital Architect (f/m/d) to join our international IT & Digital organization at our headquarters in Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Drive digital strategy execution aligned with business objectives and market needs
• Design and own end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalability, robustness, and compliance
• Analyze, validate, and integrate solutions across the IT landscape
• Develop business cases, define roadmaps, and manage budgets for digital initiatives
• Oversee solution delivery and governance, ensuring quality, security, compliance, and timely execution
• Engage stakeholders and drive adoption through collaboration with business and technical teams across markets

Ihr Profil

• Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience in IT, Digital Transformation, or IT/Enterprise Architecture.
• International experience working with stakeholders, business-fluent English proficiency, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in developing solution architectures and integrating digital platforms and systems.
• Ability to design, plan, and successfully implement complex digital solutions across multiple systems and channels.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Technologies, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), as well as Business Case development and budget management.
