About the role: Do you know pharmaceutical trading from the inside? Do you want to shape how Europe's largest pharmaceutical wholesaler grows across borders? As Corporate Manager in Trading Excellence, you will find and develop new trading opportunities across the PHOENIX group. You will work closely with our local markets to grow our business, and to improve the group's overall growth and profitability.

This is a hybrid role and can be based in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, or the UK.

Your Tasks

• Lead market research and analysis to find untapped opportunities in new and existing trade areas
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with PHOENIX countries and external partners to secure profitable trading ventures
• Help countries develop their product portfolios and allocate products to grow import and export volumes
• Work with HQ functions and local teams to design and implement new trading concepts, products and services
• Drive initiatives that strengthen our position in parallel export, import and unlicensed medicine
• Guide and mentor colleagues, and build a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence
• Keep the work aligned with strategy and make the most of synergies across the international trading team

Your Profile

• Degree in economics, business administration, strategy or a related field
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical trading, with a proven track record of delivering projects
• Knowledge of EU regulation for parallel trade and GDP is a plus
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• A can-do mindset and proven ability to set up and manage complex projects end to end
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams); Power BI experience is a plus
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
• Curious and adaptable, and you thrive in a fast-paced international environment
