What you'll do

• Support the Brand Team in the creation and adaptation of visual assets for digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and design guidelines
• Assist with day-to-day design approval processes across internal and external platforms to support consistency and efficient execution
• Manage digital assets across various DAM systems and ensure accurate metadata maintenance for structured and reliable asset organisation
• Build and update pages within the Brand Portal to provide global colleagues with clear access to brand guidelines, templates and relevant resources
• Help improve brand asset organisation and portal content to enhance usability, accessibility and global alignment

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related field
• First practical experience in creative content development, visual communication or multimedia would be an advantage
• Confident user of common creative tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Canva
• Structured, detail-oriented and reliable, with a careful approach to quality, consistency and brand alignment
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
