• Act as the specialist partner for the wider team, championing collaboration whilst bringing technical expertise into opportunities at the right stage to influence outcomes.
• Deliver practical training, coaching and field support that helps colleagues identify, qualify and progress Firestop opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong technical knowledge and experience of passive fire protection / Firestop.
• Customer-facing experience within sales, business development or engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify, develop and progress sales opportunities.
• Confidence communicating, presenting and influencing with contractors, designers, consultants and building owners.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline and activity across your region.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively across sales, engineering and specialist teams.
• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly across the South of England as part of this field-based role.
