Onsite IT Support Specialist (m/f/x)

What You'll do

'- Provide onsite and remote IT support by diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving user incidents and service requests.

• Manage and track tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Pilot, test, and introduce new IT technologies and digital workplace solutions.
• Act as a local IT partner, delivering user training sessions and driving AI enablement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate local IT projects while collaborating with global expert teams and external vendors.
• Identify process improvements, perform root cause analyses, and enhance support service quality.

What You’ll Bring

'- Strong IT affinity and solid understanding of workplace IT infrastructure and support processes.

• Experience supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and end-user devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, EntraID, Intune, hardware deployment, software installations, and operating system management.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in project coordination, vendor management, or IT service delivery.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or basic networking concepts.
