Customer Care Representative

This is not a traditional customer service role. Beyond handling incoming inquiries, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in supporting the sales team and contributing to business growth.

What You'll do

• Enhancing the customer experience by reviewing customer feedback, responding promptly, and proactively improving processes
• Providing customers with information and guidance on products and services
• Supporting Hilti’s sales teams by identifying sales opportunities and forwarding them to the appropriate stakeholders
• Handling incoming customer calls and emails
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Participating in business and customer service projects, including adapting business processes to meet customer needs

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Conversational level English with confidence in both spoken and written communication. You will use and further develop your English skills on a daily basis as part of the role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer skills
  Additional advantages
• 1-3 years of professional experience in sales and/or customer service
• Previous experience leading or managing people
• Experience with and knowledge of SAP or similar systems
