What you can expect:

As Quality, Process & Systems Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in strengthening quality management, process governance and system standardisation across our project execution organisation.

You will help build scalable, consistent and efficient execution standards across projects and regions – ensuring that engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and operational activities meet agreed quality, technical and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will combine quality assurance, process optimisation and digital tool ownership to create practical standards, clear workflows and reliable documentation for our teams.

Tasks:

1. Own and further develop the company's quality, process and management systems
2. Lead ISO certification, audit and compliance activities
3. Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across international projects
4. Establish and maintain quality standards, QA/QC procedures and governance frameworks
5. Manage document control, templates and quality documentation
6. Develop and optimise digital tools and system-supported workflows
7. Define KPIs and reporting structures to improve operational performance
8. Train and support teams in the application of processes, tools and quality standards

Profile:

1. Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration or a comparable field
2. Experience in quality management, process management or operational excellence
3. Strong background in EPC, construction, infrastructure or project-driven environments
4. Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes
5. Experience with process optimisation, governance and documentation systems
6. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
8. Fluent English language skills
