You support our team as
Shift Leader Manufacturing (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Assigning shift workers in production according to priorities at the production boilers, mixers and rollers
- Monitoring strict compliance with all specifications from the product run cards and the associated specification documents
- Independent production and filling of greases, oils and pastes in manual, semi-automatic and automatic boiler and mixing systems
- Administrative tasks such as SAP feedback in the PP module
- Issuing work orders to the individual specialist departments
- Collaborating on projects and taking on special tasks
- Managing and motivating employees and building a high-performing team
- Planning holiday leave
- Knowledge transfer and further training for all shift workers
Qualifications
- Completed technical or chemical training, ideally as a chemical technician (f/m/d) or industrial foreman (f/m/d) in chemistry
- Experience in handling and operating technical equipment
- Experience in handling chemical substances, especially hazardous substances.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Reliable, careful and independent way of working
- Forklift licence, experience in handling of electric, gas and high-rack forklifts
- Good written and spoken German
