You support our team as

R&D Chemist / Chemical Laboratory Technician (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Development of chemical additives for the wood-based panel industry (paper impregnation & fibreboard production)
  • Independent laboratory work (synthesis, formulation, application testing)
  • Optimization of existing product formulations
  • Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Sales and Process Chemistry
  • Documentation and presentation of test results and project progress

Qualifications

  • Completed chemical education with formulation/project experience or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / related field
  • 2–3 years professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Strong hands-on laboratory mindset and teamwork orientation
  • High standards regarding safety, quality, efficiency and customer focus
