We are looking for an Intern or working student (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible, for our headquarters in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
CRM & Salesforce Support
- Maintain and update opportunities, customer data, and account information in Salesforce
- Ensure data quality and pipeline accuracy
- Upload and structure meeting notes and account updates
- Prepare basic reports and dashboard extracts
Tender Management Support
- Support the coordination and preparation of customer tenders
- Gather, consolidate, and validate data from multiple countries
- Maintain pricing files, documentation, and submission versions
- Support tender analyses and Q&A tracking
Cross-Country Coordination
- Coordinate information requests across European markets
- Track responses, deadlines, and action items
- Prepare summary reports and management overviews
- Maintain central trackers and status updates
Analysis & Business Support
- Prepare country, market, and cost comparisons
- Support business case development and benchmarking activities
- Assist with the preparation of customer and management presentations
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes
- Support reporting automation and template development
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and best practices
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Logistics or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
