You support our team as

Production Planner (f/m/d) 24-Month Fixed-Term

Responsibilities

Planning & Control
Review and management of sales/production forecasts (short-, medium-, and long-term), including promotions, launches, and delistings
Product scheduling and tracking of deliveries to ensure availability
Supply Security & Coordination
Early detection, communication, and resolution of supply and quality issues
Interface management between internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, production, purchasing) and external partners (suppliers, logistics, customs)
Systems, Reporting & Optimization
Maintenance of planning master data in ERP/planning tools and data preparation for reports and meetings
Responsibility for relevant KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory levels) and continuous process improvement throughout the supply chain

Qualifications

Education & Professional Experience
Degree (Economics/Logistics) or business/technical training
At least 5 years of experience in SCM roles and at least 2 years of experience in demand planning & scheduling
Systems, Tools & Languages
Very good ERP skills (ideally SAP & Sage B7) as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Very good English skills
Skills & Work Style
Structured, analytical, and statistically-oriented problem-solving
Customer focus, team spirit, and strong communication skills (including international/cross-cultural)
