We are looking for a Data Analyst (m/f/d). This position can be filled at the headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks
- Develop PowerBI reporting solutions and support data preparation and analysis for internal projects. Our reports cover a wide range of themes, catering to diverse client profiles, ensuring you work on impactful and varied projects.
- Coach and consult our business units and customers with our reporting solutions, offering you the opportunity to grow as a potential data and BI consultant.
- Collaborate closely with the data management team to further develop data sources, opening doors to exciting data engineering projects.
- Support governance processes and automate workflows wherever possible.
Your Profile
- University degree in business informatics, economics, or a related field with several years of experience in business intelligence.
- Excellent knowledge of Power BI Desktop, with practical experience in dashboard development, data preparation, and visualization. Power BI certification is a plus.
- High analytical skills and a strong understanding of business processes.
- Experience with complex data warehouse databases such as MS Fabric semantic models, Azure SQL DWH, and SQL Server, knowledge of PowerAutomate, PowerApps, Python, and PowerShell is advantageous.
- Team player with a flexible, self-responsible, and customer-oriented approach. Proactive, committed, and eager to learn.
- Fluent English language skills; proficiency in German is a plus
