We are looking for an Analytics Business Partner (m/f/d) for our Operational Controlling Analytics Team. This position can be filled at the headquarters in Mannheim.

Your Tasks

  • Analytic support of internal departments and 20+ countries with a focus on operational excellence
  • Analyse daily transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong collaboration with different stakeholder from Controlling, BI through to Operations & Logistics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proactive analysis to identify and address operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Analytical support in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, experience in operations and logistics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
