For our General Procurement department we are looking for an Expert Tools and Processes (m/f/d) for our western Europe region. This position can be filled in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium or the Netherlands.

Your Tasks

  • Support in the further development and optimization of purchasing processes and systems
  • Maintenance and optimization of tools, databases, and systems such as purchase to pay/contract management/ power BI / savings tracking tool
  • Conceptualization and process design for digital solutions within the purchasing processes
  • Accompaniment of company-wide introduction and rollout projects in cooperation with specialist departments (e.g. contract management, supplier management)
  • Moderation and coordination of projects and workshops, as well as taking on own project tasks
  • Maintaining and updating guidelines, manuals, templates and training materials based on given standards und lessons learned outcomes.
  • Communicate within the team, across departments and act as interface to the Global Procurement Governance Team

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing is a plus
  • Experience in project and process management, ideally combined with IT affinity
  • Cooperative, responsible, analytical and results-oriented way of working, as well as good communication and presentation skills
  • High level of analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to structure and solve problems in a pragmatic way
  • Collaborative and integrative way of working with excellent oral and written communication skills in English
