We are looking for a Strategic Commercial Partnerships Manager (m/f/d). This position can be filled groupwide.

Your Tasks

As a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical marketplace, specifically in generic and OTC procurement, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating and advancing manufacturer relationships from a transactional to a strategic level on a European basis, fostering optimal common value creation.
  • Driving innovation to maximize value creation across all of PHOENIX’s own physical and digital pharmacy concepts, franchise, and pharmacy partnership programs.
  • Creating activity plans and commercial campaigns in collaboration with manufacturers and countries, ensuring execution across countries and in pharmacies.
  • Sharing information and materials with countries through various digital platforms.
  • Developing communication activities for manufacturers and internal dissemination within PHOENIX and its countries of responsibility.
  • Crafting commercial and marketing materials related to strategic partnerships.
  • Conducting reporting and forecasting on commercial results derived from strategic commercial activities.
  • Actively planning and executing C-level meeting and international meetings between countries and manufacturers.
  • Managing projects involving manufacturers, partners, and country contacts on a multi-country level.
  • Collaborating closely with all countries within the PHOENIX Group to generate longterm benefits around GX and OTC procurement.
  • Spearheading the strategic development of relationships with all manufacturers.
  • Engaging in strategic negotiations of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, with manufacturers and partners at a European level, while providing support to countries in their negotiations.

Your Profile

  • University degree in the field of business, economics or science. Applicants with PhD degree are welcomed.
  • At least 5+ years of working experience preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with FMCG, commodities, medical-device or animal health experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent customer engagement and selling skills at all levels including C-level management.
  • Ability to navigate through complex matrix and multicultural environment effectively.
  • Outstanding collaboration, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of professionals internally as well as externally.
  • Entrepreneurially minded with a strong inner drive to continuously find solutions and achieve success.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are plus.
