We are looking for a Technical Service Manager (f/m/d) at our location in Mannheim, Fürth, Vantaa or Sofia.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operational responsibility for Infrastructure Services relating to x86 Hosting and Backup environments
  • Ensuring the quality of services and manage continuous service improvement, review and approval of service adjustments
  • Accountable for negotiation of underpinning contracts and service level agreements and periodically reviewing compliance with these agreements
  • Set-up and maintenance of service descriptions, service documentation and service level definitions
  • Regular issuing of service level reports
  • Coordination and management of all parties involved in the service delivery process and optimization of the overall delivery processes
  • Set-up and maintenance of the service catalogue
  • Accountable for problem management and responsible for capacity management processes as well as for the operational service budget and service cost allocation

Ihr Profil

  • Several years of profound professional experience in service management
  • Preferably technical experience with complex x86 Hosting and Backup infrastructure
  • Experience in cooperation with external providers in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of the functioning of IT systems and support processes
  • Highly solution oriented and capable to work in an international Team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong process orientation
  • Independent, proactive and structured way of working, very strong analytical skills
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written
