HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT AND WHAT YOU WILL DO
With a passion for large and key projects you will be pursuing these on a global scale and ensure a growing and stable business volume for our platform. Working with our partner network through PERI Groupbut also with end customers directly, you are paving the way for a technological solution specifically on key projects (infrastructure, high-rise, landmark, etc.). Successfully convincing clients and influencers by delivering impactful solutions and growing the business of Vemaventuri will be your #1 accountability!
Based on this, your regular tasks include:
Identifying, approaching and winning the right projects for us, creating sales volume
- Building a strong pipeline of projects by engaging with relevant partners and end customers
- Active nurturing of the different relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
- Ensuring successful deployment of the platform on key projects
Developing and growing the market for data acquisition on key projects
- Building strategies to increase technology adoption and developing a new market
- Reviewing the go-to-market strategy and business model to ensure fit for your target projects
Improving and fine-tuning our processes, products and support
- Bringing back customer feedback and requirements to improve expecially our software offering
- Working with all internal teams to create a great service delivery for users and projects

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
- Completed studies in engineering, construction, AEC / similar or relevant practical experience in the construction industry with focus on large projects (infrastructure, highrise)
- At least 5 years of related work experience with ideally 2+ years of sales-related responsibility
- Background in construction or wider AEC industry, specifically with larger / mega projects on a global scale
- Affinity to digital / SaaS solutions as well as Experience Office user and extended CAD know-how
- Understanding of complex projects as well as ability to read structural drawings and understand construction processes
- High sales acumen and closing mentality as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customers' issues, mitigate objections and offer solutions
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and build relationships
