Your responsibilities

• Management of the ISSU project engineers & international design teams
• Responsible for the planning, assignment and prioritization of the work
• Responsible for controlling the ISSU projects to meet schedule, budget and quality requirements
• Design of formwork and shoring solutions during offer & execution phases
• Performing statical calculations of formwork & shoring solutions
• Creating offer and project documents & drawings
• Perform product & offer presentations for customers and subsidiaries
• Develop internal projects, improve ISSU documents & processesTraining of engineers, designers and other team members
• Proactively promote and develop improvements, new solutions & products, to increase competitiveness

Your profile

• University degree (civil or mechanical engineering), key areas: construction, steel construction, or similar education, or technician with sufficient experience and skills
• Very good command of English both written and spoken, additional language skills beneficial
• 8 or more years of experience as a design engineer
• Desirable previous experience as a team leader or manager
• Excellent communicational skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and 3D
• Good knowledge in statics & static analysis software
• Willingness to travel
