Electronics Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer in Product Support (m/f/d)

Your task

• You are the first contact for the German and foreign subsidiaries for technical and non-technical questions about our products for industrial communication, e.g. Ethernet, IO-Link and IoT (Internet of Things)
• You create information, evaluations as well as presentations and organise the distribution to the sales colleagues worldwide
• You support the product management with article administration, documentation and various marketing measures
• You support the cooperation with trading partners and suppliers

Your profile

• You have completed technical training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, preferably with further training as a technician or master craftsman
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in automation technology
• You are characterised by your organisational talent and very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, MS Dynamics and Sharepoint is an advantage
• Your very good command of English completes your profile
• You are comfortable to participate a meeting in german
