We are currently looking for our future PMO Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

Mission

Within the Offer PMO department, you will be part of the Processes, Methods and Tools team and will actively contribute to the improvement and deployment of project management methods and processes within the Hager Group. Your mission will be based on the following main axes :

  • To propose, define, improve, deploy and support the optimisation of our project management processes used by project and program managers at (the) group level
  • Act as a leader and support operational teams in deploying and implementing project management standards and best practices
  • Ensure consistency and complementarity of processes with all other internal processes of the company
  • Organize and lead regular communication and awareness sessions on project management methods and processes
  • Contribute to the training and development of project manager skills in line with group actions
  • Ensure the application of processes and management tools through team training and the implementation of appropriate reporting
  • Lead and train the community of users of the group's project management processes
  • Participate in the digitalisation of operational excellence tools

Profile

You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or graduated from an Engineering school, have a solid working experience of 5-10 years in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment, and you recognise yourself in the following description:

  • You have proven leadership skills and the ability to lead work groups
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have good analytical and decision making skills
  • You are dynamic, autonomous and you like working within an international team
  • You have good interpersonal skills which means you are committed, rigorous and proactive
  • You are familiar with lean management tools and methods
  • You have proven basic project management skills. PMP certification from PMI or PRINCE2 appreciated.
  • You are fluent in English. French and/or German are highly appreciated
