We are currently looking for a permanent position of Global HR Senior Manager (m/f/d) for our location Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France).
Hager Group is currently implementing the Sprint 2 strategy of its ambition Project 2030.
In this project we are targeting to be a recognized and preferred partner in medium-sized commercial & multi-family home projects. To reach this ambition we are looking for a project Business experienced HRBP who will have the accountability to support the business project team to build the capabilities needed to develop the business.
You come from Business Project environments, ideally in the Building environment or closed activities. You are successful to build robust people and organization capabilities to support an ambitious strategy.
You have built strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner on: Business strategy, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, Change management, Project management and Communication.
As part of our HRBP Community you will report to the Group HRBP Vice-President.
Your main responsibilities
- Understand business project trends, business models, financial acumen and contribute to build business strategy with the project team
- Provide strategic and consultive services related to organization & people
- Anticipate, influence and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure responding to business strategy
- Partner with Business Leaders to assess organization effectiveness by identifying and evaluating structures, capabilities and behaviors.
- Plan and ensure execution of HR project management activities with the support of the HR centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, C&B, HRIS, Learning & Development, Talent Management and People Solutions).
- Support the End to End operating model and contribute to the change management cross-functions.
- Be a role model to the company culture, inspire and engage Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.
- Build a strong internal network and ensure a strict respect of legal obligations
Your profile
- You have approx. 10-15 years of experience including :
- Operational HR/ HR Business partnering or Business profile with strong people acumen
- International experience
- People management
- Project management (leading transformations),
- A support function/expert role experience is a plus,
- Full professional proficiency in English + German or French is a plus
- You have a strong business acumen
- You are able to foster change within a matrix environment
- You have extensive communication and facilitation skills
- You are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment
- You are customer and solution-oriented
