We are currently looking for our future Controlling Senior Manager (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) for a permanent contract.

Reporting to the Vice President Controlling, you will be responsible for the Controlling dedicated to Group Support functions. This scope is characterized by a cost of 320 millions €, equally split between Administratives functions (HR, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, Group Communication, Digital & Information, Group Strategy) and Supply Chain&Logictics.
Your mission

• As a member of the Controlling Department's management team, you will contribute to the department's business ambitions and priorities by managing a professional, high-performance team that is recognised as a strategic partner
• As a true Business Partner, you will manage the risks and opportunities of the business, develop strategic initiatives, lead and implement cost reduction measures and maintain & develop, for some functions, the financial (and partly non-financial) steering model
• You will actively contribute to the preparation of the annual financial planning process (Integrated Financial Planning), the preparation of in-year forecasts (Integrated Financial Forecast) and the three-year plan (projection of resources and costs in relation to activity and revenue)
• You will be responsible for maintaining cost and profitability ratios, constantly improving productivity and achieving a pre-defined ROI for projects in progress
• You will manage the Controlling team for the support functions (5 people)
• You will actively participate in the implementation of the Group Controlling organisation by improving the existing processes and by ensuring an excellent collaboration with the Shared Service Centre in charge of the accounting activities of a part of the Group's countries
• You will support the continuous improvement and harmonisation of processes and databases in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Your profile

• You have a university or business school degree in the field of Finance, Commerce or Business Administration
• You have got solid skills in management control and finance, a first experience in team management is a plus
• You are a real expert in the office pack and in particular in Excel, you will be able to use SAP and the BW & BI modules
• Business savvy, customer focus and passion for innovation
• Strategic and collaborative mindset
• Very good communication skills and strong results orientation
• Fluent English language skills and fluent French or German would be a plus
