We are looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d), who has the desire and willingness to travel internationally and supervise various projects in Spain, Germany and Latin America.

GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.

What you can expect:

As a site manager, you will be responsible for on-site subcontractor services for ground-mounted PV systems and negotiate contracts (prices, delivery terms, warranties, etc.). You will oversee international projects. Initially in Germany, the focus will shift to Spain and Latin America at a later phase.

Tasks:

  • Supervision and coordination of contractors on site
  • Control of deliveries, quality, quantity and advancements of the work site
  • Monitor project performance and ensure that it stays in its timeframe and budget
  • Communicate with engineering department and relevant stakeholders
  • Involvement in subcontractor change and claim management
  • Negotiate contracts (price, condition, gurantees, etc.)
  • Travel and live on relatively short notice in the country where the projects are located

Profile:

  • Completed engineering / industrial engineering degree or similar
  • At least one year work experience in the photovoltaics sector
  • Very good English and Spanish language skills
  • German language skills desirable
  • Great interest in renewable energies
  • High customer orientation
  • Details oriented, organized work method
  • Leadership experience desireable
  • Willingness to work flexibly on various projects
