What you can expect:

As a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d), you support the Site Manager throughout the entire process of a construction project for our ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, gaining valuable experience in the execution of construction tasks and processes. You will be actively engaged in engineering and construction activities and will deep dive into steering a large scale project taking into account safety standards and measures.

Tasks:

  • Collaborating closely with the main Site Manager on project preparation
  • Support during tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
  • Drafting site relevant documents (H&S plan, TiP, delivery schedules) together with our internal & external specialist
  • Site management of all trades as well as coordination with authorities and specialist engineers
  • Control of quality, quantity, deadlines, and costs
  • Invoicing of construction work and reporting to the Project Manager
  • Support during the warranty period

Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, electrical engineering or comparable or completed apprenticeship in the field of mechanical installation
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in the photovoltaic industry and construction
  • Business fluent English and Dutch language skills, ideally good German language skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
