We are looking for a

Senior Project Engineer (all genders)

Your responsibilities:

• Global and Local Project Management for GELITA engineering projects and coordination of external service providers
• Project Management and engineering of all stages (concepts, pre-, basic, detailed engineering, commissioning, support)
• Cooperation with the plants to optimize process engineering concepts
• Concept development incl. preparation of mass and energy balances, flowcharts, layouts
• Project monitoring and reporting, ensuring that projects are implemented on time, with budget and to the required quality standards
• Cooperation with the research and development departments and planning departments during the implementation process
• Collaboration in production and cost optimization as well as in capacity expansion projects
• Advising the competence centers and ensuring best practice technologies, processes and developments as well as their standardization

Your profile:

• Engineering degree (Bachelor, Masters, Dipl. Ing or equivalent) in (Food) Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Very good knowledge in thermal, chemical and mechanical process engineering as well as in the topics of water treatment, pipeline engineering, tank construction, chemical tank plants, environmental engineering and energy technology
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills
