The position is located within our Payroll Service unit of Freudenberg Business Services KG, headquartered in Weinheim. As an internal service provider, you will be responsible for the payroll processes of Eagle Burgmann Germany at the Wolfratshausen site.
You will be paid according to the chemical industry pay scale, depending on your qualifications.

Senior Payroll Specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • At Eagle Burgmann you are responsible for monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees, taking into account legal, collective bargaining and company regulations, including all preparatory and follow-up work
  • You advise and support employees, managers and internal interfaces on all payroll-related, social security and payroll tax issues, including personnel-related topics and secondments
  • As a technical expert, you act as a point of contact within the Payroll team (6 employees) and for HR colleagues
  • Your tasks also include master data maintenance, statistical evaluations and the administration of time management in ATOSS
  • You are responsible for administrative tasks, such as creating certificates, maintaining electronic personnel files and correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities
  • You support the implementation of payroll-related project activities

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your (commercial) professional training, with further training as a personnel specialist or payroll accountant, or you have a similar qualification
  • You have several years of sound professional experience in the area of payroll accounting
  • Your in-depth knowledge of payroll tax and social security law is essential
  • Your experience in the use of P&I Loga or ATOSS is an advantage
  • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality, have a professional appearance and absolute reliability are a matter of course for you
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C1) and a good command of English
