Key Account Manager for Service On Site Engineering (f/m/d)


  • Expansion and support of our market share for service contracts as well as establishing and expanding personal contacts in the aforementioned customer base
  • and regular contract discussions with customers
  • Development of service strategies, derived from the annually prepared strategic planning in consultation with Sales and Service After Market
  • Identify and implement improvements within the scope of service contracts, carrying out damage and weak point analyseswith supporting team
  • Develop, review and adjust service processes (SAP, SealCare-Pro, process maps)
  • Reporting (feedback rate, OTD, lead times, quote hit rate, AE, revenue, backlog, ....)
  • Quality Management (development and maintenance of service-specific work and procedural instructions)


  • Successfully completed master craftsman, technician, Engineering degree or comparable training
  • Technical knowledge in the process industry, as well as in the sealing technology mechanical seals
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and SealCare-Pro programs
  • Basic knowledge of business management issues
  • Practical work experience in service
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
