You support our team as

Jr. HR Business Partner (f/m/d) - initially limited to 2 years (parental leave replacement)


  • Active consulting and support of executives in all operational and strategic HR topics
  • Consulting and support in change processes
  • Participation in and implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Management and support of the recruiting and hiring process
  • Representation of the employer in works council committees
  • Participation in the introduction of new personnel tools, processes and systems
  • Ensuring the implementation of personnel policy guidelines and principles
  • Administrative tasks, maintenance of the HR management system (Workday)
  • Taking over HR projects


  • Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a focus on human resources or comparable practical HR experience
  • Relevant professional experience as HR partner in an internationally operating medium-sized company
  • Basic knowledge of German labor and social law
  • independent, motivated and solution-oriented way of working
  • Knowledge of HR management systems such as Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Loga would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
