Jr. HR Business Partner (f/m/d) - initially limited to 2 years (parental leave replacement)
Responsibilities
- Active consulting and support of executives in all operational and strategic HR topics
- Consulting and support in change processes
- Participation in and implementation of individual personnel measures
- Management and support of the recruiting and hiring process
- Representation of the employer in works council committees
- Participation in the introduction of new personnel tools, processes and systems
- Ensuring the implementation of personnel policy guidelines and principles
- Administrative tasks, maintenance of the HR management system (Workday)
- Taking over HR projects
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a focus on human resources or comparable practical HR experience
- Relevant professional experience as HR partner in an internationally operating medium-sized company
- Basic knowledge of German labor and social law
- independent, motivated and solution-oriented way of working
- Knowledge of HR management systems such as Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Loga would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
