HR Business Partner Europe (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Be a partner and coach to business leaders on a wide range of operational and strategic HR aspects and support our European subsidiaries
- Be a change agent and advise managers on HR related matters, such as organization design, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures
- Drive global HR processes, such as compensation and talent processes in close cooperation with corporate HR functions
- Manage the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring the hiring of the best talent for the organization
- Be part of corporate HR projects and initiatives
- Act as point of contact for regular and ad-hoc reporting requests and drive EMEA HR reporting landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Fluent German and English skills
- Experience with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and proficient user of Microsoft Office package
- International experience is a plus
