You support our team as

HR Business Partner Europe (f/m/d)


  • Be a partner and coach to business leaders on a wide range of operational and strategic HR aspects and support our European subsidiaries
  • Be a change agent and advise managers on HR related matters, such as organization design, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures
  • Drive global HR processes, such as compensation and talent processes in close cooperation with corporate HR functions
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring the hiring of the best talent for the organization
  • Be part of corporate HR projects and initiatives
  • Act as point of contact for regular and ad-hoc reporting requests and drive EMEA HR reporting landscape


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Experience with HR IT systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and proficient user of Microsoft Office package
  • International experience is a plus
