Global Commodity Buyer Capital Expenditures (f/m/d)


  • Responsible for product group and supplier management for the CapEx, Technical Services and Real Estate product groups
  • Developing and implementing cross-location product group strategies
  • Actively managing the supplier portfolio and conducting tendering processes for capital goods
  • Identifying supply sources: conducting contract negotiations, concluding contracts, initiating procurement processes
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration within a global matrix organization
  • Continually identifying potential for improvements and their implementation


  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar studies
  • Several years of professional experience in commodity group purchasing or project purchasing involving capital goods
  • Expertise in the MM SAP module, ideally some initial experience with SAP S/4 HANA
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and independent work style as well as assertive and strong negotiating skills
  • Proficient in German and English as well as generally willing to travel
  • Working remote is also possible
