Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Link between business and IT for complex SAP solutions with a focus on service/repair services
  • Central contact person for any service issues and support for the implementation of SAP Cloud for Service
  • Recording of business requirements and creation of IT solution concepts as well as ensuring the quality of the IT designs
  • Implementation of solution concepts, configuration of the systems in the area of SAP Customer Service (S/4 and C4S)
  • Collaboration on other IT innovation topics in the area of Digital Service as well as IT project management for the implementation of the service logics
  • Managing the internal and external consultants, including our colleagues at the Shared Service Center in India

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive knowledge in the implementation and/or operation and support of SAP Customer Service (CS)
  • Good process understanding and project experience in repair processing and its implementation in IT concepts
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud for Service, the interrelationships with SAP CS, experience in software development as well as in the management of IT projects
  • Structured and independent approach as well as motivation of working in a team
  • Fluent English and German for working in an international environment
