Trainee lawyer (m/f/d) in commercial law (Anwalts- oder Wahlstation im Referendariat)
Responsibilities
- We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)
- You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law
- You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility
- You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners
- Please indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeship
Qualifications
- Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law
- Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory” (befriedigend)
- Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
- Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week
- Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Sociability, commitment and independence
