Technical CRM Inhouse Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You design system-supported marketing and sales processes as well as interfaces (e.g. to SAP ERP, LinkedIn) in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment based on existing content requirements
  • You create architecture and data model concepts and design solutions with a focus on usability, maintainability, scalability and performance
  • You will realize these solutions together with internal and external partners within the scope of agile releases and will be responsible for the implementation of low/no-code components, the creation of technical specifications for developers, testing and support
  • Your varied responsibilities also include health & performance monitoring in the MS Power Platform environment as well as data management (mass changes, data preparation and cleansing)

Qualifications

  • You have a successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or equivalent training
  • You have already gained at least 2 years practical experience in software design and development - preferably with regard to integration scenarios as well as database design and programming (SQL)
  • Ideally, you are also familiar with the design and management of cloud services (SaaS, PaaS)
  • With your high abstraction ability and your distinctive analytical and conceptual way of thinking, you make active and constructive contributions to finding solutions in the team
  • Very good German and English language skills round off your profile
