Manager Lean / Operational Excellence (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • You strengthen and establish the operational excellence and lean culture within the organization of Freudenberg Performance Materials
  • To track performance, you define and visualize meaningful KPIs
  • You analyze performance losses and initiate corrective measures
  • To improve KPIs and standardize processes, you lead and implement Kaizen projects
  • You guide and facilitate Lean workshops at all levels in operations
  • Considering the priorities of the location, you coordinate CIP activities

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed your bachelor's or technician's degree in engineering, natural sciences or comparable
  • You possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management or Continuous Improvement (CIP)
  • Within project management and leading cross-functional teams, you have gained profound experiences
  • You have a Lean Systems Green Belt, ideally a Black Belt
  • Regarding lean methods, moderation techniques and coaching, you are highly proficient
  • You combine your strong analytical and technical understanding with process- and solution-oriented thinking
  • Both very good German and English language skills round off your profile
